The challenge: Ticket sales to JuneShine local artist showcase.
The Solution: To build buzz and drive engagement for an upcoming JuneShine event, I created and launched a social media singing contest that invited emerging artists to compete for a chance to perform live. The campaign was designed to spark organic interaction, encourage user-generated content, and build a community around the brand.
By promoting the contest across platforms, I was able to significantly boost reach and engagement via tagging artists.
The results: The initiative not only increased social metrics—including follower growth, shares, and comments—but also led to a lineup of fresh talent and a fully sold-out show. This campaign demonstrated how interactive content and purpose-driven calls to action can translate into real-world results.
I stitched the submission videos together and tagged the artists. They all shared the video which contributed to a huge spike in engagement!
